The classes involve floor exercises, jumps, core workouts, and choreographies, all of which help tone the entire body. This class will help you explore different ways to move your body, including initiating movement from various body parts. This helps in freeing the mind and body and enables you to use the music to move your body to varied tempos and rhythms. Modern contemporary helps in strengthening your body, while teaching you to express, feel and dance to varying emotions, resulting in a wholesome experience.

Ballet is an excellent workout that helps correct body placement and structure, effectively tones the legs and butt and also builds strength and confidence for one to perform, express themselves and dance their hearts out.
