Contemporary The Adult Contemporary beginner’s batch is a blend of Cunningham, Graham and release techniques. The classes involve floor exercises, jumps, core workouts, and choreographies, all of which help tone the entire body. This class will help you explore different ways to move your body, including initiating movement from various body parts. This helps in freeing the mind and body and enables you to use the music to move your body to varied tempos and rhythms. Modern contemporary helps in strengthening your body, while teaching you to express, feel and dance to varying emotions, resulting in a wholesome experience.
