My new bodyweight workout is in the air! this one is short, intense and very effectieve functional training and thats why I call it "Lucky Strike". For beginners:
1. ATW Pull ups = Pull ups or TRX Row
2. Diamond Push ups = Push ups with knees on floor.
3. Jumping Lunges = Lunges or Air squats.
Do NOT forget to do warmup before start the workout.
